The property is thoroughly cleaned to meet the required handover standard. The exact scope of the cleaning is agreed and included in your offer in advance.
What does the handover guarantee mean?
If the property manager raises any concerns about the cleaning at handover, we will return to put things right at no extra cost.
Do you also transport and dispose of pianos?
Yes. We transport pianos and other heavy or delicate items with the right equipment and team for the job. We can also arrange disposal on request.
Do you also take on smaller renovation projects?
Yes. We undertake painting, tiling, flooring, repairs and alterations. Contact us on to discuss what you need.
