End-of-tenancy cleaning for your property handover
When you move out, we clean your flat thoroughly to meet the required handover standard. We discuss the exact scope of work with you in advance and set it out in your offer, so you know what is included.
What our handover guarantee covers
If the property manager raises any concerns about the cleaning at handover, we return to put things right at no extra cost. The handover guarantee is included in our end-of-tenancy cleaning service.

You can also book cleaning for homes, offices and commercial premises without moving. After building work, we offer post-construction cleaning to meet handover requirements. The scope of your cleaning service is agreed with you and set out in the offer.
